This includes a separate property management division dedicated exclusively to Sunset projects. This direct involvement allows us to represent our investors' interests and make time-sensitive decisions throughout the project.

We only invest our partners' capital in projects where we are willing to commit our own, ensuring our interests are directly aligned with those of our investors.

Sunset follows a rigorous selection process, investing only in projects that satisfy our stringent investment standards. Our projects must fulfill financial risk and return criteria and be strategically situated to ensure easy access to transit infrastructure and essential public and private amenities.

We collaborate closely with our carefully chosen capital partners and professional consultants to finalize the value-add and leasing strategy, site plan approval, financing, and renovation/construction of the project. Our experienced team and hands-on management approach lead to better execution, fewer unexpected issues, and more successful projects and investments.

We provide quarterly reports to our investors. We are available to our investors at their convenience, ensuring they have the necessary information when needed. We recognize and fully embrace our fiduciary responsibilities as stewards of our investors’ wealth.
